Join Ayurvedic Practitioner, Julie Bernier, at YOGASMOGA Malibu for a free introductory workshop. We’ll explore how to align ourselves with nature’s pulse through the sacred ayurvedic daily routine. These simple practices give us more restful sleep, vibrant energy, better digestion, clearer eyes, and glowing skin; allowing us to radiate our health and happiness from the inside out.

Julie Bernier helps women find wellness from the inside out. She lives and teaches the ancient sciences of ayurveda and yoga, and combines the two to help clients naturally restore their inner balance for lasting wellbeing.
