Celebrating the 142nd Annual Kentucky Derby, Woodford Reserve presents the first ever “Derby Day LA,” on Saturday, May 7th at Malibu Wines. For those who can’t make it to the actual event in the South, DerbyDayLA invites all Angelinos to come hang out for one gorgeous Spring afternoon, enjoy an outdoor garden party with an premium open bar, gourmet food trucks, photo opportunities, live horse racing, and in general, just offering an excuse to wear your finest attire, biggest hat, and day drink with friends!

Come enjoy Derby festivities surrounded by rolling hills, high fashion, gourmet food, and live attractions.

WHAT:
Woodford Reserve presents the first ever Kentucky Derby Party in Los Angeles. Taking place at the beautiful Oak Grove on the Malibu Wines property there will be a premium open bar, Gourmet Food Trucks, a Dixie and Blue Grass Band, and other entertainment.

Celebrating one of the most prestigious horse races in the world, guests will be able to watch The Kentucky Derby live on a huge projector while enjoying specialty cocktails, Southern style & attire, gorgeous scenery, and real horses trotting around the venue.

Tickets are $150.00 and can be purchased on the event’s website at DerbyDayLA.com

A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to RideOn, a charity that teaches adaptive horseback riding to children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities. As well as to Canter California, an organization that transitions Thoroughbred racehorses off the track into new careers.
