Feathers, Flippers, and Fur Family Picnic

Malibu, Calif. –California Wildlife Center (CWC) will be hosting its first ever Feathers, Flippers and Fur Family Picnic on Saturday, June 24th from 11:30am to 3:30am at Malibu Bluffs Park.

You are invited to join the CWC family and share the wonder of wildlife with yours.  The event will feature:

  • Gourmet Vegetarian Cuisine from Your Favorite Local Eateries
  •  Wildlife Rescue and Care Presentations by CWC Staff and Volunteers
  •  Performance by Jimmy H, Comedy Magician
  •  Storytelling by Julie Tumamait-Stenslie,Chumash Elder and Tribal Chair of the Barbareno/Ventureno
  •  Demonstrations by the Malibu Monarch Project
  •  Face Painting and Crafts for Kids
  •  Bean Bag Toss Tournament for Prizes
  •  Live Music by Jordan Hook
  •  Silent Auction with Amazing Packages for the Whole Family
  •  And Much More!

This is event is one of two that will replace The Wild Brunch, CWC’s former annual fundraiser.

Tickets are $75 for adults, $25 for children, and children age two and under are free. Tickets include lunch and all activities. All proceeds go towards animal programs at California Wildlife Center.
