This is a free special Functional Fitness event to help promote wellness and fitness among adults. Focus on improving the muscles and joints used to do regular things around the house or daily errands. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, bring a bottle of water, and have fun with a wide variety of exercises that will leave you with an extra pep in your step! In the Backstage Theater Room at Malibu City Hall.
