Join the City of Malibu Community Services Department for the #FYIXPO Teen Health and Wellness Expo.  Participants will have the opportunity to try different exercises such as: Pilates, strength training, yoga, meditation, cardio and more.  A vendor fair will be offered for participants to gain helpful information on healthy eating, handling stress and positive body image.

1:00 – 1:15 PM- Check-In
1:15 – 1:30 PM- Group Stretch and Warm-Up
1:30 – 2:00 PM- Breakout Session #1*
2:00 – 2:15 PM- Vendor Fair
2:15 – 2:45 PM- Breakout Session #2*
2:45 – 3:00 PM- Group Meditation and Cool Down

*Participants will have the opportunity to select their preferred activity during the breakout sessions.
