Yoga Instructors and mindful beings Dru Erin & Kirscha Cramer will take you through a hip opening journey to release tension, increase mobility and tend to the emotional body. Over the course of 6 weeks you will gain tools to continue gaining flexibility and mobility for your inner and outer hips. The course will also explore the link between our emotional and physical bodies of tension. Enjoy 2 morning classes weekly to ease you into your day.
