Malibu Beach Fitness & Yoga Workout meets every Mon-Wed-Fri at 9-10:15 AM!  Join us for a variety of workout drills, endurance, cardio and strength exercises for all levels.  We start with a 10 min. warm-up, graduate to a 40 min. class of individual and team exercises, a cool-down and 20 minutes of Yoga and stretch.  Using equipment and weights as well as body weighted movements for strength and cardio drills.  Cost is $10.

Please bring bottled water, hand towel for sweat, sunscreen or hat & sunglasses, yoga mat (if you have one), sweat shirt or hoodie for cooler days to keep you warm, oh and most important, your smile!!

Lots of free parking near the curve of Westward Beach Road as it parallels the ocean.  We are located N of the bathrooms and Lifeguard Station #1 and S of Zuma beach and lagoon.

Malibu Beach is truly a spectacular backdrop for working out!  Enjoy the outdoor beauty all while watching the ocean waves, dolphins and feeling the supportive sand underfoot!
