Malibu’s inaugural One Water Festival is a free informative and exciting event designed for all ages. Malibu’s One Water Festival will educate, inspire, and activate the public on water issues and conservation at a time when California’s worst drought on record brings attention to the diminishing state of our most valuable resource.

Education and Conservation
Explore the current and projected issues affecting local water supplies. Find out where our water comes from, where it goes, supply and demand, and what can be done to increase and conserve current supplies.

• Educational booths with information to help residents live sustainably
• Mini-seminars and 20-minute instructional classes
• How to capture and use rain water
• Drought tolerant and ocean friendly gardens
• Identifying and fixing leaks
• Innovative and easy ways to reduce outdoor water use
