PETER STRAUSS RANCH is a perennial favorite, artists like to paint the sycamores’ yellow winter leaves, as well as the quaint ranch house and views of Paramount Peak. Plein-air paint-outs are great ways to meet other artists and discover new sites for inspiration. All artists and art enthusiasts are welcome to participate, no fee or membership required. We will start with a short painting demonstration by pastelist Bruce Trentham.  At 12 noon you may to choose to participate in a friendly and positive group critique or continue painting. Bring your own art supplies, water, lunch, sunscreen and repellent, hat and walking shoes.  This month will be Allied Artists annual Pot Luck lunch. All paint-out participants are welcome to contribute a food or drink item.
