What: Morning Practice. We will have a lively flow class on the sand; maybe a seal or some dolphins will join us as they have before. Location: Point Dume Malibu – The end of the paved parking lot on Westward Beach Road, between Lifeguard station#1 and the big rock. If you need directions you can Google the address of Sunset Restaurant 6800 Westward Beach Road, Malibu Ca, 90265, which is just down the road. Paid parking, was $14 in June, so carpool or find a free spot and walk down the beach. What to Bring: Have a cover up or wear layers if it is cloudy or overcast, we’ll build some heat in the practice. You’ll need your yoga mat and a large towel to place under your mat (it helps keep the sand off). Don’t forget your sunscreen and water. Bring your friends.
