Yoga on the Beach

Sunday November 13 – 9am

What: Morning Practice. We will have a lively flow class on the sand; occasionally a seal or some dolphins will congregate nearby to offer their inspiration.
Location: Point Dume Malibu – The end of the paved parking lot on Westward Beach Road, between Lifeguard station#1 and the big rock. If you need directions you can Google the address of Sunset Restaurant 6800 Westward Beach Road, Malibu Ca, 90265, which is just down the road. Paid parking, was $8 last month, so carpool or find a free spot and walk down the beach.

What to Bring: Have a cover up or wear layers. If it’s cloudy or overcast, we’ll build some heat in the practice. You’ll need a yoga mat and a large towel to place under your mat (it helps keep the sand off). Don’t forget your sunscreen and water. Bring your friends. Bring some food or a beverage to share for a nice brunch after practice.
