After moving from El Salvador to the states, the owner of Lily’s Malibu, Lily, was taken back by the lack of integrity, value and bold flavors available in SoCal Hispanic cuisine. So she decided to take charge and do something about it. After a few years, Lily had the opportunity to open a bakery in Malibu to share her passion for food, and now it is one of Malibu’s favorites.
Lily’s Malibu is the ultimate authentic Latin restaurant in Malibu that provides true authentic flavors. The restaurant slices veggies daily, only uses gourmet seasoning and stuffs burritos with more protein than rice. Lily’s Malibu offers a wholesome and honest taste of a true Latin inspired cuisine.
