Each unit embodies the elegance and style of elevated beach living. Take in the sweet smell of the waves as they waft through the sliding glass door and into your spacious and unique open concept living space. Each unit comes equipped with high speed internet and a SmartTV’s with streaming services, adequately appointed kitchens with upgraded appliances, custom tile bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers, plush linens and towels, and private balconies.

Be sure to take some time to explore the community deck, featuring fire pits, outdoor lounge, outdoor dining, and ENDLESS views. This deck is accessible to all 5 units in the complex. The community deck is accessible 24/7, but quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm – 7am.

The Malibu 5 is conveniently located walking distance from the famous “Moonshadows” bar and restaurant - a New American eatery with a large deck overlooking the ocean. For those looking to explore, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away by car.
